Installed new pop up assembly in master bathroom
Arrived to find customer stating there was no hot water in home. Tested upper and lower element and found the they were both working fine. Because the elements tested ok I replaced the upper and lower thermostat. Found the lower thermostat had completely blown and the upper was in poor shape. Replaced both upper and lower thermostat. Turned power back on and waited and everything is working great at this time.
Customer had stoppage in the upstairs hall bathroom tub & shower. Cleared the blockage, pulling back big wads of hair. Tested, line now open flowing. Stoppage Format 1) What type of stoppage? A: tub/shower 2) Where did you snake from? If yes- does it go into ceiling or basement floor? A: tub/shower 3) How far did you snake? A: 4) Where did you encounter the blockage? A: in the w&o tee 5) Did you pull anything back if so what? A: balls of hair 6) What type of pipe? A: pvc 7) On septic / sewer if septic when was it last pumped? A: septic 8) Where’s county/city main at? A: 9) Was the problem on or off the property? A: on 10) Is a Camera Inspection Needed? If so Reason. Make sure the Homeowner/Building Owner will be present at the time of service A: No
Adj gas pressure on both and high stages (LP). Pulled evap coil and used scope. Found a compromised heat exchanger.

Performed hsp heat maintenance on two zone systems, attic unit is 9 year old heat pump that required a blower assembly cleaning and a voltage absorption unit (All repairs performed today for that system) all other checks ok. Basement unit was straight ac with furnace, heat exchanger had rust requiring lockout tag out, evap coil was 19+ R22 and outdoor unit had a snaked coiled around capacitor that created a burned mess requiring the electrical to be redone and capacitor to be replace. Flame sensor also required a replacement and blower assembly needed to be cleaned, customer opted to buy a new unit rather than restoring.
T&P tripped.....added water heater expansion tank.....2 year warranty
